Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3/4 cup watercress
  • 3/4 cup kale
  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon LSA
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 inch fresh gingerhandful grapes

Method

  • Should blend up for 2 people
  • Add some oat milk for added creaminess.
